Lead times depend on the door and the factory, so the honest answer is: call, and we'll come out for an on-site consultation, measure the opening, and give you a real lead time and a written price before you commit.

Our primary line and what we install most. Full-view aluminum, overlay carriage house in steel, fiberglass, or real wood, Sterling and Planks contemporary, and every Timeless Collection color beyond what we stock. Built in Illinois, limited lifetime warranty on most sections.

New Garage Door FAQ

How fast can you install an in-stock door?

Usually within the week. We come out, measure the opening and check headroom and track, confirm the size and color, and schedule the install. Standard 15×7 and 16×7 in the stocked colors are on hand; other sizes are ordered.

How long does a custom-order door take?

It depends on the manufacturer, the collection, and the finish. Powder coat colors, woodtones, and glass options add time. We'll give you the real lead time for the exact door during the on-site consultation, not a generic range.

What's included in an installed price?

The door, new torsion springs sized to the door's weight, tracks and hardware, labor, haul-away of the old door, and a 1-year labor / 3-year parts warranty. Openers are separate and priced with the door if you want one. See the price list or Build & Price for numbers.

Do I need to be home for the consultation?

Yes. We measure the opening, check headroom, side room, and the track, and go over styles and colors with you. That's how we give a real price and lead time rather than a guess.

Do you handle HOA approval?

No — you do, and we make it easy. We don't contact your HOA — that relationship is yours. What we do is give you everything they'll ask for: the manufacturer spec sheet, door image, color and material information, and anything else on their form. You submit it, they approve it, and we schedule the install once you have approval in hand.
