You Shouldn't Have to Guess What This Will Cost.
I built this price list because I was tired of how the industry plays the "starting at" game — quoting one number on the phone, then jacking it up once they're in your driveway. That's not how we operate.
Every price above is what you'll actually pay for the work described. If your job has something unusual going on, I'll tell you up front, on the phone, before we ever schedule. That's the only way I want to do business.

Why do you publish prices when most competitors don't?
Because hiding pricing is how the bad operators trap people. If we put real numbers in writing, we have to stand behind them. That's the whole point. Our biggest competitors quote one price on the phone and another in the driveway — we don't do that, and the price list proves it.
Is the $99 service charge applied to all repair work?
The $99 service charge covers the trip out, diagnosis, and small-part repairs that don't have flat-rate pricing (like individual hardware replacement, weather seal install, vinyl trim install). For larger flat-rate repairs (spring replacement, cable repair, crashed door), the service fee is already included in the listed price. We tell you what applies on the phone before we head out.
Are estimates for new garage doors really free?
Yes — no trip fee, no obligation. We come measure your door opening, show you door options, discuss colors and insulation, and give you a written quote. If you decide not to move forward, you don't owe us anything.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes — we accept Afterpay through Square, which lets you split any install into 4 interest-free payments. We also accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards.
Why are the door installation prices a range?
Because door sizes vary. An 8'×7' single-car door costs less than a 16'×7' double-car door, even at the same insulation tier. The range reflects that variation. We'll quote you the exact number once we know your opening size — that's part of the free estimate.
Do you replace just one spring or do they have to come in pairs?
For double-spring doors, we always replace springs in pairs even if only one is broken. The second one is the same age and has the same wear — it's right behind the first. Replacing both at once saves you a second service call and is the industry-standard best practice. For single-spring doors, we replace the single spring.
What if I have a custom or premium door — not on the in-stock list?
Custom doors (premium colors, woodtones, full-view aluminum, Martin Pinnacle) are priced separately based on the specific model, finish, and options. They typically run 4–7 weeks for manufacturing. Check the full door catalog to browse options, then call us for an exact quote.
What areas do these prices apply to?
All of Contra Costa County and Solano County — including Martinez, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Clayton, Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Hercules, Pinole, Benicia, Vallejo, American Canyon, Fairfield, and Vacaville. Same prices, every city.
